Sunrise

I was finally able to get a picture of the sunrise this morning that I told you about in a previous blog. After watching and enjoying the colours and the clouds, it finally dawned (no pun intended) on me to take a picture but my camera was downstairs and it is a big house! In desperation, I finally took a shot of it with someone else's camera but the good sky/cloud/pink colour had already gone. I didn't want to miss any of it so I didn't run downstairs to locate my camera or it would have been finished by the time I got back anyway. So, I took this shot and although it is nice, it is NOTHING like the one 'that got away'.   However, it will remain in my mind forever!  This one still has a bit of the pinky hue to it but still... oh well... I guess there will be others. Let it go, Linda, let it go!
