It snowed a bit last night so I was awakened at 6:35 a.m. by the wonderful sounds of shovelling (metal against concrete) outside my bedroom window. I know that whoever (as if you didn't already know) was shovelling at this hour of the morning was indeed trying to do so in the most quiet way possible. Of course, that is 'UN-do-able'!! So...I got up. It is dark outside so he had put on the Christmas lights (on our garage) and the front tree. I got to see the coloured lights reflecting off the window into the house and off the white snow. It was beautiful!! I am sure it is a mixed blessing to people in the cul de sac. Someonelse is doing their shovelling but waking them up at the same time! I know most people are happy that he is out there and they are INSIDE!!
Now that I am up...might as well start on my Christmas cards. I just love looking at Christmas cards. Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way....
